Shipping & Returns

We handcraft every bar, butter and salt in small batches, then pack and dispatch it with care from our studio in Mumbai.

Dispatch

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM within Mumbai are delivered the following day.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Charges

• We ship pan-India.
• Delivery is free on all orders above ₹1999.
• Below that, a flat shipping charge applies at checkout, calculated by your pin code.
• Paying online instead of cash-on-delivery takes a further ₹50 off automatically.

Returns & Exchanges

As our products are handmade, perishable and packed fresh to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or scent preference. Please check product descriptions carefully before ordering, or write to us at care@bathelement.com if you're unsure which bar is right for you — we're happy to help you choose.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery at care@bathelement.com with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund for that item once it's verified.

Slight variation in colour and texture between batches is natural in handmade products and is not considered a defect.
